Learn about our support groups, events, and community resources.
Out of health and safety concerns, in-person support groups have been suspended for a limited time. We know that support groups play a vital role in helping people cope, so we would like to continue offering alternatives. We are offering support groups via Zoom. You can call in using a phone, our you can join online with a computer. Please find one that works for you using the link below.

Online Support Groups:
NAMI Minnesota offers online support groups for family members, individuals, and parents. These groups are 100% free and confidential. The groups are live and led by a trained facilitator (not a chat room or forum.) Online support groups are a good option for people who cannot attend an in-person group.
